hazy-sunset provides culinary education services including cooking courses, workshops, and private instruction. All services are subject to availability and these Terms of Use.
Course bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of booking.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within three months of the original course end date.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. We are not liable for any consequential losses resulting from cancellation.
You must inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may affect your participation. You participate in all activities at your own risk.
We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate, without refund.
Some courses include wine or alcohol pairings. Participants must be over 18 years of age to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
